Golang Job: Graduate Software Engineer

This firm is an exciting tech start up that was founded recently. They focus on providing data security software solutions by employing AI and machine learning techniques. With a lot of funding this firm is ready to take the computer security sector by storm.

Role:

This tech start up is looking to hire a number of graduates, either who are immediately available or who will be available in summer 2023. You will be employed as graduate software engineers and you will be working on everything from research and design to testing and delivering features across their entire product range.

From day one, graduate software engineers will be given the opportunity to become responsible for designing and developing a key part of the product. You will quickly gain experience across the full software development life cycle from design through coding, testing, and support across a wide range of technologies and languages.

The offices are in London, and they offer a hybrid model of working.

Skills:

• Knowledge of a general-purpose programming language, including any of: Golang, Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.

• Designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.

• Knowledge of network security (e.g. SSLTLS) and other crypto concepts.

• Appreciation of test-driven development, continuous integration/deployment, Kanban.

• Experience using version control software such as Git as part of working in a team

• Experience developing for machine learning

You will also have achieved excellent academic results at a recognised university or are able to demonstrate outstanding technical skills and are proficient in English
